Hatha Yoga daily Yoga Classes

The Daily  Hatha Yoga program is a wonderful opportunity to learn various ancient and powerful ways to transform the body and mind by immersing yourself in practice and working towards your great possibilities.


Our classes are specifically designed to meet each persons individual needs & interests at their current capacity & ability.

We offer different levels of classes every day, therefore be assured that you will find something perfectly suited for your interests.

Class Levels

We structure our classes into


Beginner = the most basic/gentle


Intermediate = basic to advance


  Advance = spicy and intermediate

You’ll see on the class schedule that the class names have numbers by them.

Level 1, Beginner

The perfect class for first-timers, though non-beginners get a lot out of these classes as well. Focus on correct alignment, detail and mindfulness. Easily adjustable to satisfy your physical and energetic needs..

Level 2 Intermediate

Building on Level 1 with more emphasis on strength, stamina, and mindfulness. Great for those looking for more options in a pose, and ongoing students who want to deepen their practice. Modifications offered to meet your abilities.

Level 3 Advanced

For students interested in a more challenging class. We explore poses like arm balancing, backbends, and inversions in a safe and supported way, building the poses gradually and only to the extend you are ready for.

Therapeutic Classes

Our therapeutic yoga class is a carefully designed combination of gentle yoga, awareness exercises, restorative yoga poses, and breathwork.These elements are integrated into a class that suits people who are beginning to study yoga, recovering from an injury, experiencinga spinal dysfunctionor for anyone who just feels like gently stretching muscles that became too tight.
