Personal Therapy Yoga Class

A personal therapeutic yogaconsultation takes the complete state of one’s mental, physical and emotional healthinto consideration. In yoga therapy we believe that any imbalance in one of those will put the entire health out of balance, we therefore focus strongly on promoting health and preventing disease.

A therapeutic yoga consultation consists of:

  • Initial health Consultation (30 minutes)
  • Personalised therapeutic yoga and wellness session
  • Therapeutic Yoga Program Book (Hard Copy)

 

The health consultation is an interview during which we investigate your current physical, emotional, and mental health. Combining knowledge from Yoga therapy and Ayurvedic herbs a personalised program is designed for your needs.

During the personalised therapeutic yoga and wellness class, you will be guided through your yoga and wellness program which you will also receive as book hard copy. The program will consist of a short& quick daily homely techniques to do everyday duration prescribed by our experts.

It is recommended to have your first follow-up consultation after every2 weeks to assess your progress. From here any necessary adjustments can be made so your program evolves in alignment with your healing needs.

A therapeutic yoga consultation program can consist of:
