Inner peace is a 5 day intensive program, offered in a traditional class room. It provides the opportunity to realise oneself through the internal energy system &science of yoga. Guided meditations and the Bharamri –Mahamudra, a powerful process of immeasurable antiquity, are offered to purify the system and improve health, productivity, balance and inner wellbeing.
Inner Peace is offered as an intensive program for personal growth. The program and its environment establish the possibility to explore the higher dimensions of life and offers tools to explore one’s self through the inner science of yoga.
